Well how would you like to be in Paris right now? It's pretty cool to be revisiting my favourite city yet again. The final week of our tour. This time we're just chillin' and thrillin' at the street life and our best haunts. Here's a couple of pics for you to enjoy. BTW my American blogging friends, this city is full of American teachers. Even at the hotel we're staying at. Lovely people who are so jealous of the long vacations Aussies enjoy, rather than their 2-week jaunts.

Shakespeare & Co to the rescue for a little reading material. Bought Hemingway's A Moveable Feast just to do the genuine Paris trip. Then I went and visited Hemingway's old apartment, or at least got to the front door.

Loved seeing you! Oh, Paris. I started A Moveable Feast but had to take it back to the library before I finished it. It's the book to buy in Paris. How ironic that last night I started reading a copy of The Sun Also Rises that I recently "won" from a blogger. Hemingway was the master of "lean, athletic prose."
Enjoy this last wonderful week of your trip. It will be good to have you back. (And I love the pic of you with your white hair. I love white hair. Have to, because that's close to my color now!) You're gorgeous!

Enjoyed the virtual visit with you Denise and want to go into that lovely bookshop next. Have had a nightmarish few weeks with parents illhealth so haven't been with it as much blogwise. Brain still a little frazzled! :O)
